Introduction

World Soccer Festa 70Plus, an international football tournament for active veterans, will be held in Tokyo, Japan this year. The games will be played over 3 consecutive days, commencing Wednesday, October 1, and concluding Friday, October 3, 2025.

World Soccer Festa 70Plus 2025 TOKYO, The Tournament, will consist of 3 divisions by age groups:
· 70 & over (O70)
· 75 & over (O75)
· 80 & over (O80).

The Tournament will take place at Komazawa Olympic Park (KOP) on 3 fields.

Access

KOP's convenient location enables visiting teams, as well as locals, to use public transportation for access. The nearest underground railway station, Komazawa University (Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line) is 3 stations away or 7 minutes from the well-known Shibuya Station (Tokyu). To get to the O70 fields (Sub Stadium or Pitch 2) should be a 10-minute walk from Komazawa University station and another 5 minutes to get to Pitch 1. If you are taking part in the O75 and/or O80 games division, utilizing the route bus service starting from JR & Tokyo Metro Ebisu Stations may be an option because Pitch 1 is just a few minutes away from the Komazawa Park bus stop (or 5-6 minutes to Sub Stadium or Pitch 2). The projected time from Ebisu Station bus stop to Komazawa Park stop is 21 minutes.

Transportation:

train From Shibuya Station to Komazawa University Station: 7 min
train From Tokyo Station to Komazawa University Station 30 min
train If you decide to catch a taxi near Shibuya or Ebisu stations, at present, the average metered price should be around 3,500 yen and 2,500 yen respectively.

It is fair to say the fields at KOP are symbols of competitive veterans' soccer in Tokyo. You will also find locals walking their pets and joggers & cyclists circling the designated courses nearby in an orderly fashion.

It is said that one of the objectives of World Soccer Festa 70Plus is "Showing that football knows no boundaries, can be fun to play and provides excellent exercise no matter what the player's age, with the added benefit of providing the opportunity to meet players from around the world."

The Host Committee believes there is no better place in Tokyo than KOP to do just that.
